Payment Fixer Pro: stop losing paid orders

Your customer paid, but your store still says “Pending”. That happens when the customer’s network drops after paying or the payment webhook never arrives. The free Payment Fixer re-checks Paystack orders automatically. Pro adds:

  • Flutterwave support, verified by tx_ref with an amount, currency and reference check
  • Instant alerts by email, with a one-tap WhatsApp share link, when an order is rescued or an amount doesn’t match
  • An audit log of every check, its result and its source (automatic, manual or bulk)
  • Your own check interval: every 5, 15 or 30 minutes, or hourly

Chat Order Updates Pro: fewer fake COD orders

Confirm cash-on-delivery orders on WhatsApp before you send out a rider.

  • COD confirmation: the customer gets your approved template and replies 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. The order updates itself through a signed (HMAC-SHA256) webhook.
  • Abandoned-cart reminders: one friendly reminder, only to shoppers who opted in
  • Broadcasts to opted-in customers only, sent in safe batches. A STOP reply unsubscribes them automatically.
  • Template manager: sync your approved templates from Meta and pick from a list

Stop checking screenshots by hand. Let the payment confirm the order.

  • Automatic matching of payments to Paystack dedicated virtual accounts: a signed (HMAC-SHA512) webhook matches amount, currency and customer email and marks the order paid. Anything that doesn’t match is listed for you to review.
  • GiveWP and LearnPress: donors and students upload receipts with a shortcode; approving one completes the donation or course order
  • PDF receipts attached to the “payment confirmed” email and downloadable from My Account

How it works

  • Pay with Paystack: card, bank transfer or USSD.
  • Your licence key arrives by email and is always available under My Account.
  • Install the free plugin, upload the Pro zip, paste your key and click Activate. Updates then arrive in your WordPress dashboard.
  • Licences are yearly and include updates and support.

Questions

Do I need the free plugin? Yes. Each Pro add-on extends its free plugin.

What happens when my licence expires? The free plugin keeps working. Pro features and updates pause until you renew. If the licence server can’t be reached, there are 7 days of grace before anything pauses.
